Working with the Activities List View

You can use the Activities List view to see all of your activities. Use the Summary view or Details pane to see additional information for each activity.

 

Your security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

Use the Task Pane Filters to narrow the list

  • The Time Frame filter is only available for the All Open tab.
  • The Leader filter allows you to view activities where the selected user is the leader, provided your administrator has granted the necessary security access.
  • The Time Frame and Leader filters are based on your user options.
  • The available filters are based on the columns in the selected list view and the information contained in those columns.
