Working with the Activities List View

• On the Navigation Bar, click Activities.

Process Tasks are only available if your administrator has configured process orchestration.

• Under Process Tasks, click Click to Complete next to the item to open and complete.
• Click Cancel to cancel a step.

Icon	Description
	The activity has an attachment.
	The activity is a single occurrence of a recurring activity.
	The activity has a reminder.

1. Click All Open.
2. If necessary, use the filters to narrow the list.
3. Click the activity's type to open the activity.

1. Click Summary.
2. To return to the List view, click List.

1. On the All Open tab list view, select a record
2. If necessary, click Detail.

The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.

3. To hide the Details pane, click Hide Detail.

• Do one of the following:
• In the Summary view or Details pane click the appropriate Complete button.
• In the List view, click Complete next to the activity you want to complete.

1. Click the Events, Literature, or Confirmations tab as appropriate. A list appears of all events, literature requests, or confirmations you can access.
2. If necessary, use the filters to narrow the list.
