Deleting a Response

Delete a response if it was entered in error or no longer applies. You can also delete a campaign response in order to remove it from further stages of a campaign.

To remove

  1. On the Contact, Account or Lead Detail view, click the Responses tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab
  1. In the grid, click Delete next to the response you want to delete.
  2. Deleting a response that is associated to a campaign removes the target from the campaign. The target is still listed as a campaign target, but the status is changed to Removed.

  1. Click OK.
