New User Tips
If this is your first time using the Sage SalesLogix Web Client or Sage SalesLogix Customer Portal, keep the following tips in mind:
- After you make a change click
(Save).
- Any time you see a
(Find), you will use a lookup to find the record you are looking for.
- Sage SalesLogix is highly customizable. Your system administrator can customize many Sage SalesLogix views and features, and can set your access rights. For this reason, you may not be able to access some of the features explained in the online Help system, and some views may appear differently.
- When you need answers to questions, you can find them quickly in the Help system, which contains explanations of features with links to related subjects. On any screen, click
(Help) to open the help system. Help appropriate to that screen appears. Within the Help, click
(Search Help) to search for a particular help topic.
