Intellisync for SalesLogix

Intellisync for SalesLogix is a separate program installed and integrated with Sage SalesLogix. Intellisync for SalesLogix enables you to share your Sage SalesLogix activities and contacts with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.

To use Intellisync for SalesLogix to share data between two applications, you must:

Be a licensed user of both Sage SalesLogix and Outlook or Lotus Notes.
Ensure Intellisync for SalesLogix has been installed.

Click Start, point to Programs, point to Sage SalesLogix. Intellisync for SalesLogix is one of the options in the list. If you do not see Intellisync for SalesLogix listed, contact your administrator.

If you are a Disconnected Web Client user, Intellisync Client is already installed.

Complete the following tasks in the Sage SalesLogix Web Client:
Create an ad hoc group to identify the contact records that will be synchronized with Outlook or Lotus Notes. Name the group SyncSalesLogix.
Select SyncSalesLogix as your contact sync group.

Configure Intellisync for SalesLogix.
