Before configuring Intellisync for SalesLogix, ensure you have the correct connection URL. The connection URL is the path to the Intellisync for SalesLogix portal. Each database requires it's own portal. Contact your Sage SalesLogix system administrator for the URL.
For Network users, the path is to the Intellisync for SalesLogix portal on the Host.
For Remote Office users, the portal is typically located on the Remote Office computer.
For Remote users, the portal is located on their local machine.
For advanced connection settings, click the Advanced button on the Intellisync main screen.
