Adding /Editing Opportunity Products

You can add and edit opportunity products using the Add Opportunity Product dialog box. Use the Filter Options to narrow the list of products in the Available Products tree view. You add products by selecting them from the Available Products tree view and adding them to the Selected Products grid. If you add a product in error, you can remove it.

To add

1. Open the Add Opportunity Product dialog box.

• From the Insert Opportunity dialog box, in the Products area, click the Add Product button.
• From the Opportunity Detail view, select the Opportunity Products tab, click the Include Product button.
• From the Opportunity Options view, click the Products button.

2. Use the Filter Options section to narrow the list of products in the Available Products section, and then click Show Results.
3. In the Available Products list, select the check box of the product you want to add to the Selected Products grid, and then click Add.

Use the First, Previous, Next and Last buttons to scroll through a large list of products.

To edit

1. Click Edit to enter product information such as quantity, price or discount.

The Total field displays the total price of the products selected. The currency type and symbol is determined by the multi-currency settings.

2. Click Update.
