Using the Return Details Tab

Use this tab to view information about the contact returning the item or to associate or disassociate assets as part of the return.

The contact information is added from the associated ticket. You cannot edit the Contact, Phone or Email boxes. Use the Notes box to include additional information.

To open

1. Open the Return Detail view.
2. Click the Details tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

To associate an asset

1. Click Associate Asset.
2. Locate and select the asset using the lookup.
3. Click OK.
    

To disassociate an asset

1. Select the item you want to remove, and then click Disassociate.
2. Click Yes.
